1. Is Willenbring Construction a customized builder?
A: Although we will build customized homes, we also offer affordable standard floor plans.
2. Does Willenbring Construction only build entry level homes?
A. No! We build homes from entry level to customized luxery homes.
3. How big of an area do you cover?
A.. There are exceptions, but most of our projects are within a 30 mile radius of St. Cloud, MN.
4. Does the home buyer have any choices or input?
A. Yes! You have a variety of choices on lighting, floor covering and cabinets as well as
input on some of the design features. During the building process you will have hands-on
and close communication with the builder.
5. Does the builder have employees doing the building?
A. No! Not exactly. However, we have worked with the same reliable trade allies and sub-
contractors for years so we know what to expect from them.
6. Do you have lots available or do I have to purchase my own lot?
A. We do have lots available in the Rockville area but work with realtors in other areas to
obtain a lot for your home.
7. How long does it take to build a house?
A. Approximately 90 days once we have the lots, paperwork and permits ready.
8. What type of products and companies do you work with in constructing the home?
A. We only use high quality products from reliable manufacturers and companies.
9. What type of warranty do you offer?
A. We offer the standard state-mandated 10 year structural warranty.
10. What type of financing is available?
A. We offer interim financing. We just need a letter of pre-approval from your bank or
financing company to get the project started.
11. What can you tell me about your company reputation?
A. We have been a licensed builder for about 30 years and have a lot of happy customers.

Can we use you for Project Management?
A. Yes! We can act as Project Manager for your construction.
